In the framework of the EU project SM-BIO-POWER, we offer registered organisations tailored support to benefit from these programs and gain promised high synergy effects .

With the objective to facilitate access of biomedical and medical technologies companies to these resources, we have been screening the Health program and the Second IMI call for relevant topics in their areas of activities and generated a list of calls addressing these areas.

The Health programme and IMI call for proposers have been recently published. SM-BIO-POWER empowers SMEs in biomedical engineering to participate in EU research. The consortium of ten partners helps SMEs to get their voice heard at the European Commission and gain international visibility for their company. SM-BIO-POWER also provides information on the latest trends in EU support for biomedical engineering research together with best practice examples from other SMEs in EU projects. An online helpdesk is available for registered users, for using as personal assistance in identifying funding opportunities and project partners. Personalised updates include selected information such as call alerts, partner searches and consortia and project opportunities.
