b2fair will celebrate the fifth edition of the matchmaking event during the Hanover Fair from 20th to 24th April 2009. As b2fair will be present with two matchmaking platforms this year and since a close collaboration with the Enterprise Europe Network in Hanover has been established, b2fair’s visibility during the trade fair will be even higher than during the past editions.
b2fair is a business matchmaking concept that enables exhibitors and visitors to make fruitful contacts and schedule meetings with potential business partners prior to the trade fair. Since its take-off in 2004, the b2fair concept has successfully organised more than 18,000 meetings between 2,000 participants from over 40 countries at Hannover Messe. About one third of these initial meetings resulted in fruitful post-fair dialogue.
With over 5,000 exhibitors and some 200,000 trade visitors, Hannover Messe offers an enormous potential of companies looking for business contacts on an international level. As connecting link between trade fairs and business co-operation events, Hannover Messe allows visitors as well as exhibitors of the world’s biggest industrial trade fair to optimise their trade fair participation by organising customised business meetings.
The international partner network of the b2fair concept comprises Entreprise Europe Network partners, chambers of commerce and industry, chambers of crafts, international delegate offices and representations as well as development agencies. It currently includes partners from over 40 countries and is growing steadily. Through its international partner network, b2fair is able to offer meetings with companies coming from all over Europe and beyond.
