On 17 September 2008, in Obninsk Centre for Science and Technologies, the kick-off workshop was held for five winners of the RFR-2008 Grant Call:
- «Obninsk Centre for Science and Technologies» Ltd.,
- Innovateion Technology Business Centre of Stavropol region,
- Ulyanovsk State Technical University,
- Kuban' State Technical University,
- Technopark «Foresight (Kazan').
The winner centres agreed the action plans and the financial support, and signed the contracts with the Coordinating Organisation.
