In July 2007, in the framework of the Franco-Russian technological network project, the Nonprofit partnership “Russian Technology Transfer Network” held a tender of proposals from the RFR member centres.  The proposals were aimed at raising the client awareness about the opportunities of establishing collaboration with use of RTTN-RFR networking services, identification of new clients and preparation of new TOTRs, dissemination of French TOTRs and achievement of success stories. 

13 applications from RTTN-RFR members were submitted, with the overall budget of 166,5 ths. Rb. After the expert examination, 5 proposals were recommended for full financing:
- Vologda Research Coordinating Centre,
- Innovation Centre Kolsovo,
- Regional Innovation Centre of Irkutsk State Technical University,
- Technology Transfer Centre of Saratov State Technical University,
- Ural Regional Technology Transfer Centre.

Three more applications were supported with partial financing (additional negotiations required):
- from Innovation Technology Centre of Nizhny Novgorod State University,
- from Tomsk Regional Commercialisation Centre,
- from Kaliningrad Innovation Technology Centre. 

The total funding for supporting proposed measures in the 5 winner RFR-RTTN member centres is 334 500 Rb.  For supporting 3 last proposals, a reserve funding of 120 000 Rb was allocated.  After agreement of action plans and signing of contracts, the description of supported measures will be published at RTTN and RFR web-sites (in Russian).
