In June 2006, in the framework of the Franco-Russian technological network project, the Nonprofit partnership “Russian Technology Transfer Network” held a tender of proposals from the RFR member centres. The proposals were aimed at raising the client awareness about the opportunities of establishing collaboration with use of RTTN-RFR networking services. 8 applications from RTTN-RFR members were submitted. After the expert examination, 3 proposals were recommended for full financing:
- from ITC of Nizhny Novgorod State University,
- from TTC of Saratov State University,
- from Kazan' Aviation Institute
Two more applications were supported with partial financing (additional negotiations were held required):
- from Vologda Research Coordinating Centre,
- from ITC InTechDon, Novocherkassk
In August-September, all the winners signed contracts with the RTTN Partnership. The total funding for supporting proposed measures in the RFR-RTTN member centres is 119300 Rb.
